Elizabeth Deighton had just been presented with a certificate from the Reverend Inderjit Bhogal, President of the Methodist conference in recognition of her 50 years service as a local preacher. The event took place at Staincross Methodist Church

Elizabeth Deighton had just been presented with a certificate from the Reverend Inderjit Bhogal, President of the Methodist conference in recognition of her 50 years service as a local preacher. This photograph shows Edwin Hambleton a local preacher himself and ex headmaster of Brierley St Paul’s School, also presenting Elizabeth with a framed photograph. Pam Fewster presented her with a bouquet of flowers. Both gifts were on behalf of her friends at Brierley Methodist church. The event took place at Staincross Methodist Church
